The Senior Inclusive Learning Manager provides leadership to ensure the College offers an inclusive, accessible and equitable learning environment for all students. The post holder leads on the development, implementation and monitoring of effective systems that support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in cross‑college provision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with curriculum teams, champion inclusive practice and adaptive teaching approaches that enable all students to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Lead a large cross‑college team including Student Support Assistants and specialist staff, ensuring high quality, consistent support across both sites.
  • Act as the College lead for Looked After Children (LAC), promoting equality, removing barriers to learning, and driving improvements in the achievement of identified student groups.
  • Lead the strategic planning and management of the SEND and High Needs budget for cross‑college provision.
  • Develop, implement and monitor systems that support students with SEND and EHCPs.
