As part of our commitment to delivering an outstanding experience for everyone who visits Brands Hatch, we're looking for an enthusiastic Grounds Maintenance Assistant to join our facilities and maintenance team, starting ASAP. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes real pride in their work.

What you'll be doing:

  • Helping maintain and upkeep the venue's grounds and facilities, ensuring every area is presented to the agreed standard at all times
  • Complying fully with COSHH regulations, Noise at Work Regulations, and MSV's Safety, Health & Environmental Policy
  • Assisting with on-track maintenance as needed
  • Supporting the construction of new works around the venue where required
  • Protecting the assets and property of the company at all times
  • Assisting the Maintenance team and Foreman with tasks such as minor repairs, cleaning, general maintenance, and emptying bins
  • Maintaining venue presentation to the highest standard as directed by senior team members
  • Operating machinery and equipment as instructed

What we're looking for:

You'll love working outdoors and take genuine pride in your work. Previous experience in maintenance or grounds maintenance is essential, and given this is a circuit hosting some of the UK's biggest race series, a passion for motorsport is a huge bonus!

This role requires flexible working across a 42.5-hour week, including weekend and evening shifts. A full UK driving licence is essential due to the location.
