We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our well-established kitchen team at The Mandolay Hotel in Guildford. The Mandolay is a busy four-star hotel with a one AA Rosette restaurant, a strong reputation for quality food and extensive conference, wedding and banqueting facilities. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work across restaurant service, private dining and large-scale events.
The role:
- Full-time, permanent position
- 40 hours per week
- Five days over seven
- £19.00 per hour, including holiday pay
- Paid overtime at the same hourly rate
- A varied mix of restaurant and banqueting work
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Demi Chef de Partie ready to take the next step.
- Passionate about producing high-quality food.
- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen and able to maintain excellent standards during both restaurant and large banqueting services.
- Reliable, organised and able to work well as part of an established team.
