Location: Based at The Gateway, Worthing with some occasional travel to other sites within West Sussex.

Overview: West Sussex Mind is looking for an organised, proactive administrator to join our welcoming Fundraising and Communications team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will have the chance to make a genuine difference in your local community while building experience across fundraising, communications, and supporter engagement.
You will act as a main contact for community fundraisers raising vital income for the charity, and you will support the communications lead with a range of communications tasks. The post reports to the fundraising and communications manager.
There is plenty of scope in this role to develop your writing and digital content creation skills, work with a variety of tools, and contribute ideas to shape our fundraising and communications activity. As part of a small team in a small organisation, you will also need to feel comfortable taking initiative, leading on projects, and supporting day-to-day fundraising and communications work.
This role does involve some working early mornings, weekends and evenings, (time is given back via toil following company policy), the ability to travel across West Sussex is also required.
