Overview
West Sussex Mind and SPFT have jointly commissioned 4 exciting new roles working within the Community Rehabilitation Service (CRS) across West Sussex. The Community Rehabilitation Service (CRS) is a mental health team that offers a commitment to supporting people with psychosis and complex mental health needs. We work collaboratively with people to deliver personalised rehabilitation in their local area to support a personally meaningful recovery, improve quality of life and enable social inclusion and participation in the wider community to achieve personal recovery goals. The team works in partnership with the individual, their families, friends and carers. They also work alongside other agencies to support recovery and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will:
