Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and solutions focussed Sales Support Executive to join our IT Systems Sales team!

A bit about the role:

  • Working in close partnership with our Systems Sales Account Managers, you’ll play a key role in supporting their accounts.
  • You’ll take ownership of operational and administrative processes, allowing them to focus on developing customer relationships and driving sales.
  • You’ll also act as a link across internal departments to help deliver a smooth and consistent customer experience.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Processing quotes, orders, returns and backorders accurately and efficiently.
  • Managing customer queries via phone, email and ticketing systems.
  • Working with Account Managers and internal teams (e.g. operations, purchasing, finance) to keep orders and projects on track.
  • Resolving issues early and minimising delays so nothing is missed.

What we need from you:

  • Experience in administration, customer service or sales support who understands what great service looks like.
  • Well organised, confident managing your own workload and comfortable communicating with a wide range of people.
  • Strong relationship-building skills are important, as you’ll work closely with Account Managers, customers and colleagues across the business.
  • Enjoy problem-solving and take a practical approach to getting things done, even when working at pace.
  • Care about doing a job well and making sure customers have a positive experience.
  • Confidence in using CRM and order processing systems in your day to day work.
  • Experience with technical products, or working within a B2B environment would be a bonus, but isn’t essential.
