As part of our continued growth, Novatech is creating a brand-new opportunity for an experienced, hands-on marketing professional to lead and develop a team of four, while driving impactful campaigns that support business growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, with strategic guidance from our Fractional Marketing Director, you'll work closely with our Direct2Desk, Systems and Defence Sales teams, as well as a range of key stakeholders, to bring our marketing strategy to life.

You'll take ownership of integrated marketing activity across digital, email, social media, content, events and partner marketing channels, leading campaigns from planning and execution through to performance analysis and optimisation. Alongside this, you'll provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and development to help your team thrive and reach their full potential. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys balancing people leadership with hands-on campaign delivery and wants to make a visible contribution to business success.

About You:

  • You're an experienced B2B marketer with a proven track record of delivering campaigns that generate measurable results.
  • Commercially minded and data-driven, you'll be confident engaging with senior stakeholders and using CRM and marketing automation platforms to turn insights into effective marketing activity.
  • You have previous experience managing, mentoring or coaching others and be passionate about developing talent.
  • Highly organised, proactive and collaborative, you will be comfortable balancing team leadership with the delivery of high-impact campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to build strong relationships and translate technical products and services into compelling marketing messages.
  • Experience within the IT, technology or wider commercial sector would be advantageous, as would exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Above all, you'll be a driven and collaborative marketer who is passionate about delivering marketing that creates meaningful business impact.
