Marketing Apprentice to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop valuable skills, work alongside experienced professionals, and earn while you learn.
What you'll do
- Support the planning and delivery and evaluation of marketing activities that help raise awareness of Aldingbourne Trust's work and impact.
- Gain experience across a wide range of marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, events, public relations, and content creation.
- Work closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will contribute to campaigns that engage supporters, visitors, donors, partners, and the wider community.
- Develop valuable skills in research, digital marketing, communications, and campaign analysis
- Attend college 1 day a week to complete a Marketing apprenticeship.
What we're looking for
- This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organised and enthusiastic
- A keen interest in marketing, communications, and digital media
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn new skills and embrace new technologies This is a fixed term contract for the duration of 21 months, 18 months learning and 3 months EPA.
This is a Level 3 apprenticeship.
The hourly rate will be revised after 12 months in line with national minimum wage.
