We’re looking for our next Partnership Sales Director to join our fast‑paced Partnership Sales Team. You’ll be part of a highly successful group leading sponsorship sales across Goodwood’s headline events and wider Estate - working with iconic experiences, world‑class brands and a team that consistently delivers exceptional results.
As a senior sales contributor, you’ll secure high‑value commercial partners, drive new revenue streams, and help elevate the impact and profitability of our Partnerships function.
What you’ll do- Develop and deliver a commercially driven sponsorship sales strategy with the CCO.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline generating c.ÂŁ1M+ per year.
- Lead high‑quality outbound activity and secure new business across diverse sectors.
- Shape presentations and pitches with the support of our creative team.
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and provide regular updates to the CCO.
- Hand over new partnerships smoothly to the Partnerships team for activation.
- Attend industry events and host at Goodwood to strengthen relationships.
- Use market insight to identify new opportunities and emerging categories.
- Work collaboratively across the Estate to develop and refine partnership assets.
- Proven success in commercial sales, ideally within sport, events or entertainment.
- Experience of managing the full sales cycle and securing high‑value sponsorship deals.
