In this role, you’ll help with the day-to-day running of the centre, making sure everything operates smoothly. You’ll play an important part in keeping the centre safe, clean, and welcoming, while providing a high level of service to everyone who uses it.
Key Responsibilities

- Receive and check deliveries, restock shelves, and keep track of stock levels to make sure we never run out of essential supplies.
- Keep the Care Centre clean, tidy, and safe so it’s a welcoming place to work.
- Work closely with the Customer Service team and other departments to resolve any issues quickly and keep everything running smoothly.
- Help with stock counts and other routine checks to keep records accurate.
- Support Care Centre targets and suggest ideas for improvements where you see them.
- Be flexible to take on other tasks when needed, including covering for colleagues or lone working.
Skills and Experience
- Good communication skills and able to work well with customers, colleagues, and other teams.
- Well organised, with the ability to manage your time and get tasks done on schedule.
- Able to work on your own as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable using computers and basic systems.
- Good attention to detail, making sure orders and stock records are accurate.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment is helpful, but not essential — full training will be given.
