FrameWorks is a Film & Television equipment hire and solutions company - we rent cameras, lenses and audio equipment to our clients who produce major productions such as I’m A Celebrity: Legends, Britain’s Got Talent, Glastonbury Festival, Paris Olympic Games and many more. We are office based near Godalming, Surrey (approximately situated between Guildford, Horsham and Petersfield).
You would be working as part of a small (10 people) and friendly team answering calls/emails from our existing clients to assist them with everything related to Film & TV equipment rental solutions. Your day to day duties would include:
- Answering calls from our existing clients
- Liaising with our Engineering team for support and coordination of bookings
- Responding if a client needs urgent support while they are on a shoot (e.g. if something gets broken and a replacement is needed urgently) - this involves a small amount of monitoring emails after work/at the weekend. Overtime is paid for this.
- Building relationships with our clients - this involves being friendly and interested in them on the phone and occasionally meeting up with them for lunch etc.
- Staying in touch with existing clients to catch up and see if they have anything coming up and chasing up submitted quotes to make sure we are still in the running.
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- To be able to travel to our office (probably by car) as we are in a rural location and unfortunately the public transport links are not strong.
- To be calm, organised and solutions-focused under time pressure.
- To communicate clearly and professionally with clients and teammates.
- Sharp attention to detail and a “nothing leaves wrong” mindset.
- You do not need experience in this sector but you will need to be curious about broadcast television and film production equipment and workflows (training provided).
