As our Customer Advisor in our Farnham Store, you'll be joining a friendly team making the connection between Neals Yard Remedies and our customers.
This is a great time to join our fun and collaborative team, who thrive on providing a high touch customer service.
You'll be supporting the Store Manager in maximising sales opportunities, using your warm and caring approach, to build lasting relationship with a customer inspired approach.
You will be part of our knowledgeable and friendly team who are passionate about sharing their experience on skincare, our products, wellness, and therapies, giving expert advice to guide customers in finding the best products for their needs.
You’ll be a real people person, able to handle ever changing priorities with ease, naturally friendly and approachable with a caring attitude and comfortable to demonstrate products, including mini-facials and arm massages.
