What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting someone to plan their weekly shop.
- Heading out to the cinema, a fitness class, or a local café.
- Helping someone manage their home — cooking, cleaning, or daily tasks.
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and new experiences.
- Lone working in the community, making decisions and using your initiative.
- Building strong, trusting relationships that make a real difference.
