Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative based at the Goodwood Motor Circuit. A truly exciting and unique working environment awaits, along with the opportunity to be part of a growing retail operation throughout the year and across our headline events. This hands-on role is key to keeping our retail operation running smoothly. You will be responsible for the day-to-day fulfilment of customer orders, ensuring items are picked, packed and dispatched accurately, as well as supporting the wider warehouse function. Working closely with the Retail Operations Manager and Stock team, you will help maintain stock accuracy, organisation and availability across both online and on-site retail. You’ll be part of a hardworking and vibrant team who are passionate about retail and delivering a seamless customer experience. During events, you will also support with stock movement and replenishment to ensure our shops are always event-ready.

Key responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack customer orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
  • Receive deliveries, check stock against orders, and maintain an organised warehouse.
  • Support with stock control, including monthly counts and annual stock-takes.
  • Assist in preparing stock rooms and managing stock flow during events.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Communicate any stock issues or discrepancies to the wider team.
