As a Reservations Executive, you’ll be part of a warm, sociable team that ensures every guest feels welcome, heard, and excited about their upcoming visit.
Your Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our guests - making a lasting impression and turning enquiries into bookings. With 91 beautiful bedrooms to manage, you’ll ensure every reservation is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism. You’ll also be a key ambassador for the wider Goodwood experience, confidently recommending and booking:
- Golf sessions
- Driving and flying experiences
- Our award-winning restaurants
Collaboration is Key
You’ll work closely with our Estate Sales, Front Desk, and Operational teams to ensure every detail is communicated clearly and smoothly – making each guest’s journey seamless from start to finish.
