We’re looking for a PPC Manager to lead Goodwood’s paid media activity and ensure our campaigns deliver exceptional results. Acting as the in-house expert for pay-per-click advertising, you’ll work across all Goodwood products and events, collaborating with marketing teams to translate priorities into high-performing campaigns.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape PPC strategy, optimise campaigns, and drive measurable ROI across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You’ll join our dynamic Campaign Team, working closely with Data, Digital, and Marketing colleagues to deliver integrated, impactful campaigns.
What You’ll Do- Develop and implement PPC strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms.
- Apply advanced targeting techniques, including audience segmentation and remarketing.
- Monitor budgets, adjust bids, and maximise ROI.
- Analyse performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and creative teams for channel synergy.
- Support marketing teams with PPC best practice and training.
- Assist with campaign delivery during major Goodwood events (flexibility required during peak periods).
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Strong understanding of paid media strategy, audience targeting, and bid optimisation.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and campaign reporting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Google Ads certification or equivalent.
