Working closely with the Estate Sales team, youâll ensure a seamless transition from contract to coordination, supporting the achievement of venue targets through meticulous planning and brilliant customer care.

What do you need to be successful?
- Confident IT skills across Microsoft applications
- Experience with Protel and iVvy is desirable
- Experience within highâend events or luxury hospitality
- Previous experience in a sales or planning environment
- A natural communicator with a bestâinâclass approach to the customer journey
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and an efficient, proactive working style
- Energy, enthusiasm and an infectious canâdo attitude
- Living within a reasonable commuting distance
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
