Contract: Casual.

Hours: Part Time - mainly working during our events: Festival of Speed, Revival, Breakfast Clubs, and Black Friday.

Rate of pay: £13.68 (for under 21s) to £14.24 (for ages 21+) per hour. Rates are inclusive of holiday pay.

We’re looking for a Casual Retail Assistant to join our small but mighty Retail team based at the heart of the Goodwood Motor Circuit. If you love creating memorable customer experiences and enjoy working in a close‑knit, upbeat team, this could be the perfect fit.

As a key part of our retail operation, you’ll help deliver exceptional service across our onsite outlets, confidently operating a till to accurately process cash and card payments and issue receipts. You’ll ensure our luxury brand presentation is always on point, take pride in creating welcoming, memorable customer experiences, and support the wider team by highlighting any slower‑moving stock. With a strong eye for detail and a genuine passion for retail, you’ll play an important role in keeping our retail spaces running smoothly during our busy event days.
