  • Keep the Care Centre clean, tidy, and safe so it’s a welcoming place to work.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team and other departments to resolve any issues quickly and keep everything running smoothly.
  • Help with stock counts and other routine checks to keep records accurate.
  • Support Care Centre targets and suggest ideas for improvements where you see them
  • Be flexible to take on other tasks when needed, including covering for colleagues or lone working

Skills and Experience

  • Good communication skills and able to work well with customers, colleagues, and other teams.
  • Well organised, with the ability to manage your time and get tasks done on schedule.
  • Able to work on your own as well as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using computers and basic systems.
