Contract: Zero hours
Hours: Part time – Zero hours contract; weekends, bank holidays and seasonal periods.
We are looking for a Relief Café & Hospitality Assistant to join the team at Aldingbourne Country Centre. You will help deliver excellent customer service in our Quarry Café while supporting people with learning disabilities to develop skills and independence.
What you’ll do
- Welcome and serve customers with a smile
- Operate tills and handle daily takings
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
- Support an inclusive and positive working environment
What we’re looking for
- A friendly, customer‑focused team player
- Aged 17+
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Own transport due to our rural location
