About Us

We are seeking to appoint full time Learning Support Assistants to join our friendly and supportive staff team from 8.30am-3.15pm, five days a week, term-time only. These roles will involve enabling access to learning for pupils with EHCPs and assisting the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom. The work may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching area. You will reflect and evaluate your own performance, achievements, strengths and weaknesses, using best practice benchmarks.

Salary: Grade 3 £24,027 - £24,404 FTE / £17,093 - £17,361 actual

What You Need to Succeed

The successful candidates will:

  • Have English and Maths qualification to at least level 2 of the National Qualification Framework.
  • Have experience of supporting children’s learning.
  • Have experience of supporting individuals/ groups of children with specific learning difficulties.
  • Be flexible and adaptable
  • Be committed and keen to work as part of a team.
