You will work within designated localities, collaborating with schools, SENDCOs, Inclusion Leads and partners to develop sustainable solutions that strengthen inclusion and reduce reliance on specialist support.
Using data and stakeholder feedback, you will identify emerging needs, coordinate professional learning and promote effective practice.
