This innovative and successful 11-18 school first opened in September 2004 and has grown year on year. The school currently has over 1500 students in Y7-13, has excellent facilities and is a dynamic learning community.

  • Learning Associate Grade 5: £19212.00 (actual salary incl Crawley Weighting)
  • Permanent
  • 8.15am-3.00pm – Monday to Friday
  • Term-Time only plus INSET days

We are seeking to appoint a Learning Associate to support students both in class and in small groups within the school. Applications are invited from people who have:

  • An understanding of a range of SEND needs;
  • The ability to encourage students to become independent learners;
  • The ability to draw out the best student outcomes;
  • C grade or higher in GCSE English, Mathematics and Science (or equivalent).

Applicants do not need to have had experience as a Learning Associate: more important is the genuine commitment to the students’ academic, emotional, social and personal development.
