Responsible to: Headteacher
Key Tasks: To be responsible for the planning, development, and delivery of the school’s business and financial resources.
Purpose of the Job: The Bursar will contribute to the Christian ethos, vision and values of the school, and promote the safeguarding, welfare and inclusion of all pupils. The Bursar will contribute to positive relationships between all staff, pupils, Governors, other professionals, local authority officers and parents. The Bursar will report to the Headteacher as their line manager, and will liaise with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, Admin, teaching and support staff to support the smooth running of the office, and the safety, welfare and good conduct of all pupils at the school. The Bursar will carry out other duties as required from time to time.
