Senior Learning Support Worker – 9:30 am to 3:30 pm (Mon-Fri)

Location: Horsham Area, West Sussex

Hours: 30 Hours per week | 9:30 am – 3:30 pm

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Learning Support professional to join our awesome, supportive team. You will initially support one young male in a stunning private residential setting. The facilities are exceptional, featuring a swimming pool and extensive grounds used for gardening, woodland walks, and bespoke activity programs.

The Role

This is an active, "outdoorsy" role. You will work closely with the team to deliver person-centred development programs focused on:

  • Vocational Skills: Preparing the service user for a trade, craft, or profession.
  • Home Independence: Teaching daily living skills to promote self-reliance.
  • Life Enrichment: Finding positive, fun ways to use time and build independence outside the home.
