We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Officer to join the council’s Property Services team. This exciting opportunity is to be part of a busy, dynamic team providing support to the council’s Property Services team, specialising in energy and utilities.
What you will need:
- Good organisational and communication skills to effectively triage enquiries from customers, tenants, suppliers, and other departments for both commercial and council managed properties.
- Ability to update the property management software, Technology Forge, and energy portals used in the management of the council’s portfolio.
- This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, positive and organised.
