We are looking to appoint a fulltime Customer Service Reception Assistant with additional administrator duties to join our team at our West Suffolk House office in Bury St Edmunds.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors that are attending pre-booked appointments or Council meetings.
- Supporting customers to access the relevant Council support, including promoting the use of self-serve options and providing digital assistance if needed.
- Transactional and administrative tasks to support the wider Customer Services Team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience of customer service and delivering an admin role.
- Helpful, courteous and professional at all times.
- Ability to use your own initiative as well as work effectively with the wider team.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to effectively manage your workload according to business priorities.
