We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to support and enhance the delivery of effective services that underpin student learning. Working collaboratively within a wider team, this role is focused on empowering students with barriers to learning, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential. A calm, caring, and highly organised approach is essential.


The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of learning support staff, with a strong understanding of the EHCP Annual Review process. Excellent communication skills are vital for working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience with timetabling is highly desirable. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, are required to establish systems that track and monitor progress against targets and deadlines.


Candidates must be able to manage their own workload, work flexibly, and meet tight deadlines. A broad understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) would be a distinct advantage, as would knowledge of medical or care support needs, since the role may involve assisting students with specific care requirements.
