You will play a key role in guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey, providing coaching, mentoring, and regular progress reviews to ensure they achieve their full potential.
Groundworks experience is essential for this position, along with a relevant qualification in the field and previous hands-on experience within the industry. Previous experience in an assessing role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication and IT skills, as you will be required to maintain accurate records, use digital systems, and build effective working relationships with learners, employers, and colleagues.
