Job Overview

We are seeking a Lecturer in Health and Early Childhood Development to join our outstanding team, teaching and assessing across a range of programmes from Level 1 to Level 3 qualifications. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and support students studying subjects related to Health and Early Childhood Development, helping them to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for progression into higher education and employment within these sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging lessons and assess students through a variety of coursework and exam‑based units.
  • Work closely with the curriculum team to support students in achieving their academic objectives and reaching their full potential.
  • Encourage students to become positive, well‑rounded individuals ready to succeed in their chosen careers.

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area.
  • Established experience within the Health and/or Early Childhood sector.
  • Previous experience as a teacher or lecturer in Health and Early Childhood Development subjects is advantageous.
  • Passionate industry professionals with relevant sector expertise who are willing to work towards a teaching qualification are also welcome.
