Reporting to the Customer Service Lead, you will be the first point of contact to visitors to the site. Main duties include:
- Ensuring all visitors to the site receive a professional and efficient welcome
- Dealing with initial enquiries by email or in person including course information
- Operating the telephone and radio paging system
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
- Providing clerical support including data input
- Cash handling
Qualifications
- GCSE/Level 2 English and Maths
- Qualified or working towards Level 2 in Customer Service (Desirable)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Teams)
