About the Role
Little St.
John's Surgery is looking for an organised and proactive clinical administrator to join our friendly GP practice in the heart of Woodbridge.
This is a varied role supporting our clinical team with referrals, patient records, correspondence and general administration, helping to deliver high-quality patient care.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 9.30am–2.30pm (25 hours per week), with flexibility to provide additional cover when required.
You will
- Process referrals and clinical correspondence.
- Manage patient registrations and medical records.
- Support GPs with clinical administration.
- Liaise with hospitals and other healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate records using Systm One.
- Provide general administrative and reception support as needed.
