Are you an enthusiastic GP looking for a partnership opportunity in a friendly, supportive and forward-thinking practice? Join our friendly and supportive practice in Woodbridge, Suffolk! Framfield House Surgery is seeking a GP partner – 6 session GP - to join our established and welcoming team in Woodbridge, a charming market town surrounded by beautiful countryside and close to the Suffolk coast.
We are a training and teaching practice serving approximately 14,500 patients, with a strong reputation for high-quality patient care, professional development and team support. We offer a collaborative and supportive working environment where GPs are encouraged to develop their individual interests and portfolio careers. The practice benefits from a strong multidisciplinary team, excellent facilities and a broad range of services delivered on site. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful, progressive and financially strong practice in a beautiful part of Suffolk. About the Candidate
- Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
- Annual appraisal and revalidation (when appropriate)
- Be on the NHSE medical performers list
- Good understanding and experience of chronic disease management, and primary prevention and screening services
- Ability to take responsibility for your own career development, learning and performance and are responsible for ensuring that all your mandatory training is in date
- Awareness of and compliance with all relevant practice policies and guidelines, e.g. prescribing, confidentiality, data protection, health and safety
- Commitment to life-long learning and audit to ensure evidence-based best practice
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a confidential manner
About Us
A friendly, supportive and well-established practice with approximately 14,500 registered patients, 5 GP Partners and 5 Salaried GPs, 2 Paramedics, and supportive and experienced nursing, HCA and administration teams. We have a dispensary and a modern, purpose-built surgery. We are a high-earning practice with a diverse portfolio of private and NHS providers working on site, part of the Deben Health Group PCN, and an established training practice and teaching practice for Norwich Medical School and Cambridge Medical School.
