Hillton Primary Care Network is seeking an enthusiastic clinical pharmacist to work across the practices within the PCN on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week). You will work autonomously within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering structured medication reviews and medicines optimisation to improve patient care across the network.
You will bring strong primary care experience, GPhC registration, and ideally independent prescriber status, with a commitment to continuous learning.
