You will be the first point of contact, handling patient inquiries, triage, appointment management and confidential communications using SystmOne, SystmConnect and X-On Surgery Connect.
A calm, caring, and professional approach is essential. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, strong communication skills, and good IT literacy.
