Mundesley Medical Centre based in beautiful, coastal north Norfolk, is looking to recruit an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. This position is offered on a full-time basis working 37 hours over 4 days per week. No weekends.
This is a varied role, with part of your week working as a Duty Clinician alongside our Duty Doctor and wider clinical team. You will be part of the team helping to triage, assess and manage acute patients, making clinical decisions and supporting the smooth running of the day.

Responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside the Duty Doctor as part of the Duty Clinician team.
- Helping to triage and assess acute patient presentations.
- Seeing patients face-to-face or by telephone where appropriate.
- Supporting the wider clinical team with advice and clinical decision-making.
- Managing and reviewing patients with long-term conditions.
- Supporting colleagues through sharing knowledge, advice and training.
- Working with our GPs and wider team to provide safe, effective and patient-centred care.
About the Candidate
We're looking for someone who is:
- A qualified Nurse Practitioner with current NMC registration.
- An independent prescriber.
- Confident assessing and managing acute presentations.
- Experienced in managing long-term conditions.
- A good team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
- Adaptable, approachable and committed to providing excellent patient care.
