Highlands Surgery is seeking a friendly, proactive reception supervisor for a part-time role (25 hours over five days, Monday to Friday).
Shifts are 5 hours (08:00–13:00 or 13:30–18:30), offering a good work‑life balance.
You’ll supervise the reception team, manage bookings, and support patients in a busy GP practice.
We value calm, approachable staff who can work under pressure and maintain accurate records. Training in Systm One is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
