Burlington Primary Care is seeking a Primary Care Paramedic/Emergency Care Practitioner to join our team on a full or part-time basis. Hours may be 7.00am–6.30pm, Monday to Friday, with reporting to the Mentor GP Lead and support from a clinical lead.
The role involves chronic disease management, safe triage, and clinical leadership within primary care, including home visits and collaboration with community providers to improve patient access and outcomes.
