- Oversee the delivery of care services and manage daily operations.

About the Candidate
- A registered nurse (child) or equivalent with experience in children’s palliative care.
- An excellent communicator and problem-solver.
- Organised with strong time management skills.
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and safeguarding.
- A current full, valid driving license and access to transport.
