You will operate from Buckhurst Hill Surgery and travel between GP practices within the PCN in a full-time, 37.5 hour week.
You will clinically assess patients, provide medicines info, lead medicines optimisation, support the dispensary, and contribute to public health campaigns and audits within a supportive professional network.
