Langdon Hills Medical Centre is a dedicated, forward-thinking GP training practice committed to providing excellent patient care. We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our administrative team, assisting with the increasing demand of primary care services and supporting our clinicians. This position is offered on a full or part-time basis, we are flexible so hours to be discussed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing a professional point of contact via telephone, email, and in person, acting as a liaison between patients, doctors, and external teams.
  • Administrative support: Managing clinical correspondence and records.
  • System management: Utilising clinical systems (e.g., SystmOne) for scheduling and data management.
  • Dealing with appointment waiting lists and the management of tasks and emails etc.

Candidates should be able to work across two sites - Langdon Hills Medical Centre and Southview Park Surgery.

About the Candidate

  • Previous experience working in a GP Practice or a clinical setting is required.

About Us

Langdon Hills Medical Centre are an innovative, well organised and forward-thinking GMS training practice. We have a practice population of 14500 patients with a growing list size. We have a supportive nursing and administrative team and use the SystmOne computer system. We offer a competitive salary.
