At Milestone Site, we support learners with a wide range of needs including severe and profound learning difficulties, autism, complex communication needs, and physical and sensory needs. We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistants to join our dedicated team. This is much more than a support role. Every day is different, every achievement matters, and every interaction has the potential to change a learner's future.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Support learners in lessons, therapeutic activities and daily routines.
- Help learners develop communication, independence and confidence.
- Use visual supports, sensory approaches and practical activities to engage learners.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with learners and their families.
- Support personal care where required.
- Assist with moving and handling procedures (full training provided).
- Work closely with teachers, therapists and other professionals.
- Celebrate and encourage every step of progress, no matter how small.

Previous experience in a school is helpful but not essential.
