I'm delighted to be recruiting for a Client who are based in Ossett for an experienced Office Administrator to join their Business to become an integral Team Member on a temporary to permanent basis. My Client requires someone who has great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise their workload. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, adaptable person who has a willingness to learn and develop in the role.
Main duties include, but are not limited to:
- Registering new applications for Clients including creation and maintenance of projects
- Answering the telephone, taking messages and passing on enquiries
- Maintaining filing systems and company database
- Assisting in the daily monitoring of the admin mailbox and dealing with emails appropriately. This will include answering basic enquiries, directing emails to the appropriate person and updating project notes and files
- Dealing with a task based workload, including chasing clients for updates / outstanding information, requesting status of work on site, and assisting with the general admin of ongoing projects
Skills required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Good IT skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Positive team player
Salary: £13.65 per hour with weekly pay whilst on the temporary to permanent contract
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 16:30 – Full-Time, Office Based
