About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative / VNA FLT Driver (F1) to join the team at our Measham Distribution Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking for a long-term position, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a VNA Forklift Truck (F1 licence required) safely and efficiently.
- Picking, putting away, and replenishing stock using the VNA.
- Carrying out general warehouse duties including:
- Picking and packing orders.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Stock movement and inventory tasks.
- Housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Supporting the warehouse team as required, understanding that VNA operation may not be required for the entire shift.
Requirements
- Valid VNA Forklift Truck Licence (F1) is essential.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Willingness to undertake a variety of warehouse duties in addition to FLT operation.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work the permanent night shift (Monday-Friday, 7pm-3am).
