A Bookkeeper/Admin assistant is needed for an aspiring and professional regulator valve manufacturer based in the Derbyshire area. The successful Bookkeeper/Admin assistant will help manage the accounts and support administrative tasks within the business:

  • Maintain sales and purchase ledgers
  • Check and raise invoices against sales orders
  • Enter purchase invoices onto ERP system and Sage 50 accounts
  • Receipt deliveries received from suppliers and process paperwork
  • Check and process employees’ monthly expenses
  • Assist with administrative tasks
