We're recruiting Machine Operatives to join a busy and well-established company based in Chesterfield (S44). This is an ongoing temporary position offering consistent Monday to Friday hours with an immediate start available.

The Role
As a Machine Operative, you'll play an important part in the production process, ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and to a high standard. Your duties will include:
- Operating cable winding machinery safely and efficiently
- Feeding cable onto coils and drums
- Measuring and cutting cable to customer specifications
- Ensuring all orders are completed accurately
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products
- Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience operating machinery or working within a manufacturing environment
- Comfortable working with measurements and following detailed instructions
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work accurately with excellent attention to detail
