The Logistics and Production Supervisor is responsible for helping to plan, organize, coordinate and control Logistics of the business and production within one department. The main responsibility is to ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently and are of the correct quantity, quality and cost, and leave the factory on time.
Duties/Responsibilities
• Ensuring that the production is cost effective; (Cost per bed target)
• Ensuring that products are produced on time and are of good quality
• Responsible for ensuring the deployment and management of 5s principles
• Ensuring that the team are managed in line with the company\’s policies and goals;
• Reviewing worker performance and addressing any performance issues within the team
• Identifying the team’s training needs.
