HR Assistant required for prestigious HR company based in Pudsey. The successful HR Assistant will join an existing, yet expanding team and will play a pivotal role in delivering HR solutions to various clients both locally and nationally.
Duties will include:
β HR Administration
β Running reports from the HR system
β Advise on basic employment law and legal processes
β Attend HR meetings i.e. disciplinaries
β Attending meetings with business owners and networking events
β Communicate effectively with multiple and varied employers on a daily basis
Skills required:
β Previous experience within HR
β High attention to detail and time management
β Ability to communicate and engage with people at all levels, to build effective relationships
β Driving licence and transport
