HR Assistant required for prestigious HR company based in Pudsey. The successful HR Assistant will join an existing, yet expanding team and will play a pivotal role in delivering HR solutions to various clients both locally and nationally.

Duties will include:

– HR Administration
– Running reports from the HR system
– Advise on basic employment law and legal processes
– Attend HR meetings i.e. disciplinaries
– Attending meetings with business owners and networking events
– Communicate effectively with multiple and varied employers on a daily basis

Skills required:

– Previous experience within HR
– High attention to detail and time management
– Ability to communicate and engage with people at all levels, to build effective relationships
– Driving licence and transport
