Got your FLT Counterbalance licence and looking for a long-term role where you can really get stuck in? We’re currently recruiting for experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers / Picking Operatives to join a busy and established operation based in WF3. This is a hands-on warehouse role where you'll spend most of your time picking, with your FLT skills playing an important part in keeping stock moving efficiently around the warehouse and yard.

THE ROLE

  • Picking products accurately from pick sheets
  • Operating Counterbalance FLT to move stock around the warehouse and yard
  • Loading and unloading HGV vehicles
  • Ensuring orders are picked correctly and efficiently
  • Keeping the warehouse and working areas clean, safe and tidy
  • Working as part of a fast-paced team to keep everything moving!

IMPORTANT: THIS ISN'T A FULL-TIME FLT ROLE! The position is approximately: 80% Picking | 20% FLT. So, we're looking for someone who is happy to combine warehouse picking with FLT driving and isn't expecting to be on the truck all shift.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • A valid FLT Counterbalance licence
  • Previous FLT and warehouse experience
  • Experience of picking from pick sheets
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable and hardworking attitude
  • Ability to work safely in a busy warehouse environment
  • Happy to get stuck into both picking AND FLT duties

WORKING HOURS

Monday – Thursday: 14:30 – Midnight
Friday: 14:30 – 20:00
Perfect afternoon/evening shift for someone who prefers later starts!

PAY & OVERTIME

£13.38 per hour. And when you want to boost your earnings: Overtime – Time & Half Double Time available.
