Are you a confident, ambitious salesperson who loves building relationships, winning new business and seeing the results of your hard work? We’re looking for a driven Field-Based Account Executive to join a successful and growing nationwide sales team, covering Central & Southern England. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of sales experience who wants to take their career to the next level, with plenty of opportunity to earn, develop and progress.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Working closely with the Sales Director, you’ll take ownership of your territory, developing existing customer relationships while actively identifying and winning new business.
  • Building and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
  • Identifying and developing exciting new business opportunities.
  • Driving sales and achieving agreed targets.
  • Presenting and showcasing new and existing product ranges.
  • Implementing promotional activity to maximise sales.
  • Representing the business and its products professionally in the marketplace.
  • Planning and prioritising your territory to maximise opportunities.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider sales team.

Who We're Looking For

We want someone who is naturally personable, commercially minded and hungry for success. You’ll ideally have:

  • At least 1 year's direct sales experience.
  • A proven track record within a sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A strong customer-focused approach.
  • Confidence to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
  • The ability to plan, organise and prioritise effectively.
  • A positive, ambitious and creative attitude.
  • The ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • A full UK driving licence — regular travel and occasional hotel stays are required.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who wants to succeed, enjoys being challenged and responds well to coaching and development.
